While the Monkey Point and the sunset and sunrise points are at walking distances from the town, the famous Kandaghat, KutharPalace, Fort of Gurkha, Barog Town and the famous gold mines of Solan are located within a radius of 50 km from the hill town.
One can also take a stroll at the Upper Mall or Lower Mall Roads and shop at the cobbled and Tibetan markets. Or you can visit the famous Krishna Bhavan Mandir and the many European-style churches of Kasauli.
